Cancellation

In the event of inclement weather, we will reach out to you to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit will be fully refunded if we need to cancel your jump due to weather. If you need to change/cancel your jump for other reasons, we require 48 hours notice, otherwise there will be a cancellation charge. For groups of 6 or more, we require one week's notice to receive a refund of your deposit.
